Abstract

Mecimapro is an event organizer company that has been operating since 2015. Recently, the name Mecimapro has gained public attention due to issues related to audience dissatisfaction with one of the concerts it organized. This study aims to examine, analyze, and empirically prove the effect of service quality and perceived value on customer satisfaction at concerts organized by Mecimapro. The study uses a sample of 105 respondents who attended the DAY6 3rd World Tour Forever Young in Jakarta concert held on May 3, 2025, at Gelora Bung Karno Stadium, Jakarta, selected using purposive sampling. This research employs a quantitative approach with primary data collected through questionnaires distributed via social media. The population of this study consists of all individuals who attended the concert. Data were collected using a Google Form questionnaire measured with a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques include descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the assistance of SmartPLS software version 4.1.1.6. The results indicate that service quality and perceived value partially influence customer satisfaction. The findings of this study are expected to provide valuable insights for readers and business practitioners in making more effective strategic decisions to enhance customer satisfaction.
