Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of Oil Water Separator spare parts inventory using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method and measure the efficiency of Supply Chain Management through the Total Cost Inventory (TIC) method. EOQ is used to determine the most optimal order quantity so that inventory costs can be minimized, while TIC is used to see the total costs arising from inventory activities. The study was conducted at PT. Servistama Pro Indonesia which is facing the problem of inaccurate stock management. The data used includes demand and sales of Oil Water Separator during 2024 to 2025 obtained through direct observation. The analysis is divided into 2 periods, namely 2024 and 2025. The results of the study show that there is a difference in inventory costs for Oil Water Separator goods after using the EOQ method, namely Rp2,272,654 in 2024 and Rp3,137,920 in 2025. This study proves that the application of inventory management using the EOQ method can improve the efficiency of Supply Chain Management.
