Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of job stress, workload, and work family conflict on employee burnout among workers at Miss Cimory Area Bekasi. The research employed a quantitative approach with data collected through an online questionnaire (Google Form) completed by 113 respondents. A total sampling technique was used to determine the sample, based on the entire accessible population that met the research criteria. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive and inferential statistics with SmartPLS 4.0. The analysis included convergent validity, discriminant validity, reliability testing, the coefficient of determination (R²), predictive relevance (Q²), and partial hypothesis testing (t-test). The results indicate that: (1) job stress has a significant effect on burnout; (2) workload has a significant effect on burnout; and (3) work family conflict has a significant effect on burnout. These findings demonstrate that all three independent variables contribute significantly to increasing the level of burnout experienced by employees at Miss Cimory Area Bekasi, particularly when job demands and role conflicts intensify.
