Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Workload and Work Environment on Turnover Intention with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable among security personnel at PT XYZ. The research employed a quantitative approach using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The sample consisted of 40 security officers working at the Pasar Induk. The findings show that (1) Workload has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention, (2) Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention, (3) Job Satisfaction does not have a significant effect on Turnover Intention, (4) Workload does not influence Turnover Intention through Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable, and (5) Work Environment does not influence Turnover Intention through Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable.
