Abstract
This quantitative study aimed to determine the influence of perceived organizational support, workload, and work environment on organizational citizenship behavior. The study used a sample of 43 employees from the Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Perlindungan Anak, Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Kota Tangerang. The analytical techniques used in this study were descriptive and inferential analysis using the SmartPLS 4.1 application. Hypothesis testing yielded the following results: (1) perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior; (2) workload has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior; and (3) work environment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior.
