Abstract
In recent years, the surge in the number of investors within the Indonesian capital market has been predominantly driven by the Millennial and Gen Z demographics. This phenomenon is catalyzed by digital transformation and the emergence of various Financial Technology (FinTech) platforms that facilitate easier access to investment. However, this accessibility also presents challenges regarding digital financial literacy and a tendency towards irrational behaviors, such as herding behavior, among young investors. This study aims to analyze the influence of Digital Financial Literacy, Financial Technology Adoption, and Herding Behavior on Investment Intention. This research employs a quantitative method utilizing primary data collected through the distribution of questionnaires to young investors. The data analysis techniques employed include validity tests, reliability tests, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that Digital Financial Literacy has a significant effect on investment intention. Conversely, Financial Technology Adoption was found to have no influence on investment intention, and Herding Behavior also demonstrated no significant effect on investment intention. These findings suggest that technological comprehension and robust literacy are pivotal factors in fostering healthy investment interest.
