Abstract

According to the 2023 Indonesian Health Survey (SKI) data, 12.1% of adolescents aged 16-18 years old are overweight. The nutritional status of adolescents is a very important aspect to understand, as this nutritional condition can help identify and prevent potential nutritional problems that may arise. Various factors influence adolescents' nutritional status, including unhealthy eating habits, such as frequently consuming food ordered online. Additionally, screen time habits, consumption of risky foods, and stress levels due to academic demands also contribute to the nutritional problems faced by adolescents. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the frequency of online food ordering, screen time habits, consumption of risky food types, and academic stress levels on overweight among adolescents at SMA Negeri 2 Bogor. This study is an observational analytical study with a cross-sectional design, involving 109 students aged 16 to 18 years from SMA Negeri 2 Bogor. The data analysis used was Spearman’s rho test. Based on the analysis results, it was found that the use of online food ordering and academic stress levels were associated with overweight among adolescents (p = 0.021; p = 0.033), while screen time habits and consumption of risky food types were not associated with overweight among adolescents (p = 0.387; p = 0.335).
