Abstract
XYZ Middle East Store is a micro, small, and medium enterprise that focuses on selling Middle Eastern goods. The store faces several challenges in designing its sales strategy, including a shortage of manpower to manage social media and e-commerce platforms, a lack of product information both in physical and online stores, and instability in sales volume. The purpose of this study is to develop a more efficient sales strategy using the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix method. The strategy design process consists of three stages: the Input Stage with Internal Factor Evaluation and External Factor Evaluation analysis, the Matching Stage using the IE, SPACE, and SWOT matrices, and the Decision Stage to determine strategic priorities based on the QSPM score. Data were collected through observation, interviews, literature studies, and questionnaire distribution to customers and management. The results showed that the most recommended strategies were recruiting merchandise staff with a STAS score of 7.139, increasing stock management efficiency with a STAS score of 6.125, and increasing customer loyalty with a STAS score of 7.106.
