Abstract
This final project aims to examine the satisfaction level of MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) actors with the use of JakOne Mobile Merchant, a digital application developed by Bank DKI, and to identify the key factors influencing their perception of the service. The research employs a quantitative descriptive method, with data collected through an online survey using Google Forms distributed to MSME users of the application in West Jakarta. The data were analyzed in the form of percentages and charts to facilitate result interpretation. Findings indicate that users are generally satisfied, with an average percentage of "Strongly Agree" (SS) responses at 47.93%. The highest satisfaction level was observed in the completeness of features, while the transaction speed (41.67%) and clarity of information (47.33%) dimensions suggest that there is room for improvement, particularly in system reliability and the presentation of information. The analysis is based on five main dimensions: ease of access, transaction speed, system security, clarity of information, and completeness of features, each measured through three statement items. Although none of the dimensions reached the "strongly agree" threshold (above 63%), JakOne Mobile Merchant is considered successful in supporting digital transaction processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and expanding MSMEs’ access to digital financial services.
