Abstract
XYZ Company is an industry focused on developing effective learning methods and modern technology to help students and partners achieve their educational goals. Currently, its database does not present data in graphical form, which slows down business processes. This research aims to design a sales dashboard based on the needs, usability, and satisfaction levels of XYZ Company employees. The dashboard was developed using the Action Design Research (ADR) method with Google Looker Studio. Usability and user satisfaction were evaluated using the System Usability Scale (SUS) and the Questionnaire for User Interface Satisfaction (QUIS). The SUS score increased from 50 to 83, indicating a 66% rise in user satisfaction. The QUIS score improved from 4.96 to 8.10, showing a 63.31% increase in satisfaction with the interface design. The final goal was to accelerate sales processes by reducing the time needed to retrieve data. The results showed an average reduction of 58.29% in task completion time after the dashboard was implemented. This study demonstrates that the sales dashboard significantly enhances employee efficiency and supports faster, more accurate, and productive business operations.
