Abstract

PT XYZ is a food and baverage company that produces a variety of chicken based menu items. Currently, the company is facing challenges in determining the best Supplier for its main ingredient. This study applied the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) method to determine the priority level of each criterion, sub-criterion, and Supplier alternative based on its sub-criteria. Zero-One Goal Programming (ZOGP) was then used to make the final decision on Supplier selection. The F-AHP calculations revealed that Quality is the highest-priority criterion, with a weight of 0,464 (46,4%), followed by Price 0,178 (17,8%), Delivery 0,165 (16,5%), Performance History 0,137 (13,7%), and Warranties and Claim Policies 0,056 (5,6%). Supplier 2 ranked first among the Suppliers with a weight of 0,256 (25,6%), followed by Supplier 1 0,180 (18%), Supplier 4 0,154 (15,4%), Supplier 3 0,145 (14,5%), Supplier 6 0,139 (13,9%), and Supplier 5 0,126 (12,6%). Based on the ZOGP results, Supplier 2 was selected as the preferred Supplier with a decision value of 1.
