Abstract
Shineamara Aesthetic Clinic is one of the aesthetic clinics located in Cibubur Bogor area and adjacent to various similar clinics that offer various service standards. Shineamara has not been able to fully compete with competitors, resulting in unstable income and number of customer visits due to limited market share. Therefore, it is necessary to design a company strategy to determine the most appropriate strategy to be implemented. The methods used in this research include IFE matrix, EFE matrix, IE matrix, SPACE matrix, SWOT matrix, and QSPM. The results showed there were 6 Strengths, 5 Weaknesses, 6 opportunities, and 5 Threats. Shineamara's position in the IE matrix is in quadrant II with the grow and build category, and in the SPACE matrix is in quadrant I with the aggressive category. Based on SWOT analysis, 11 alternative strategies were obtained, which were then evaluated using QSPM. Of the 11 alternative strategies, strategies that can be prioritized based on QSPM are selected. The highest Sum Total Attractive Score value of 6.03 is obtained, namely the strategy of aggressively increasing Instagram & Tiktok social media advertising campaigns with Influencers.
