Abstract
Setali Indonesia is a social enterprise engaged in sustainable fashion, with a focus on managing second-hand clothing donations and upcycling. Since its establishment in 2018, the donation data management at Setali Indonesia has been conducted manually, leading to various challenges such as time inefficiency, risk of recording errors, limited information dissemination, and suboptimal data control. This study aims to design and implement a web-based information system to improve the efficiency of the donation process and expand education on sustainability. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes stages of problem identification, needs analysis using the PIECES framework, system design, system development, testing using black box testing, maintenance, and implementation. The system provides features such as online donation, upcycled product catalogs, educational content, and an admin dashboard for data management. The implementation results show that the system facilitates the recording, verification, and dissemination of information, and provides broader access for the public to participate in the sustainability movement. With this system, Setali Indonesia is expected to improve operational performance and strengthen its social and environmental impact through digital technology.
