Abstract
This research aims to analyze and describe the accounts receivable recording procedure implemented at PT XYZ using the cloud-based accounting application, Jurnal.id. In today’s digital era, the use of cloud technology in financial recording has become essential for improving accuracy and operational efficiency. The accounts receivable recording process examined in this study includes stages such as creating sales invoices, inputting data into the system, entering customer information, determining transaction dates, and tracking payment status, culminating in accurate financial reporting. The findings reveal that implementing Jurnal.id at PT XYZ has successfully accelerated the accounts receivable recording process, minimized error risks, and enhanced real-time financial data transparency. Features like automatic integration with sales invoices, aging receivables reports, and transaction history tracking significantly support the efficiency of the accounting team. However, the system's success depends on users’ comprehension and sufficient digital infrastructure. Therefore, companies should fully optimize Jurnal.id's features and improve staff competencies in digital-based accounts receivable management to ensure smooth cash flow and maintain financial health.
