Abstract
Digital transformation in the world of education has become a crucial need, including for early childhood education institutions such as Al-Hikmah Islamic Kindergarten. Currently, administrative processes such as attendance recording, student data management, and financial management are still carried out manually, resulting in frequent data duplication, information delays, and low work efficiency. This study aims to analyze the implementation of an Odoo-based ERP system in the Academic Process at Al-Hikmah Islamic Kindergarten. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, and applies the Rapid Application Development (RAD) system development model. RAD was chosen because it allows for a rapid development process and active user involvement. The system focuses on three main modules: Attendance, Student Management, and Student Finance. The results show that the developed system can improve data accuracy, accelerate information flow, and reduce repetitive administrative work. In addition, the RAD approach provides perfection in adapting to user needs in real-time. Thus, the Odoo-based ERP system is proven to be able to improve management efficiency in the kindergarten environment. This study is expected to be a reference for similar educational institutions that want to implement digital transformation effectively.
