Fire is a serious incident for buildings, especially in large buildings such as PT X which have a high risk due to the use of electrical and gas installations. This study aims to disrupt the implementation of Building Fire Safety Management (MKKG) in two main buildings, namely Building B and Building A, based on DKI Jakarta Governor Regulation No. 143 of 2016. The method used is descriptive qualitative through interviews and has. The study shows that the implementation of Building Fire Safety Management (MKKG) at PT X has met all the elements listed in DKI Jakarta Governor Regulation No. 143 of 2016. The success of the program implementation is supported by a Fire Safety Manager (FSM) who is an expert in Fire K3. The Building Fire Safety Management (MKKG) program at PT X also has supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation from internal and external. Strengthening is needed in the aspects of regulation, education, and coordination so that the fire safety management system can run optimally and sustainably.
