Abstract
Academic Information System (SIAKAD) is a website that supports academic activities at universities, especially at UPN Veteran Jakarta. The academic information system plays an important role for students during their lectures, such as viewing lecture schedules and grades obtained for each course taken. Given its important role in academic activities at the university, an evaluation needs to be conducted to see whether the system is running properly. The system audit was carried out using the COBIT 2019 framework. The stages carried out using COBIT 2019 include identification according to the provided design factors, followed by capability level analysis, maturity level analysis, and gap analysis. Based on these stages, the selected domains are EDM03, AP012, APO13, BAI10, DSS02, DSS03, DSS04, DSS05, DSS06, and MEA03. Then, after all the stages were conducted, an average gap value of 0.38 was obtained, which indicates that the system is approaching the desired level.
