Abstract

This study aims to determine how digital literacy, selft-efficacy, and soft skills influence the work readiness of prospective accountants. Using a quantitative approach, utilizing primary data and likert scale for the measurement toll. Data analysis was conducted using the SmartPLS application. The sample was determinde using a purposive sampling method, resulting in 94 final- semester students who were working on their final projects and had participated in intership programs. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. The results show that digital literacy and soft skills have a significant positive effect on the work readiness. However, self-efficacy does not have a significant effect on work readiness.
