Abstract
In the rapidly evolving digital era, Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) have a golden opportunity to reach broader markets through online platforms. However, in reality, UMKM business owners in Kabupaten Serang are still trapped in conventional marketing limitations due to the unavailability of e-commerce platforms that specifically support their local business needs. This research presents an innovative solution by designing an Android-based e-commerce application specifically created to empower UMKM in Kabupaten Serang to enter the digital marketing world. The software development method used is Agile Development Methods. This method has an iterative approach that enables rapid development and responsiveness to user needs. System design uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling to create diagrams that can illustrate the system. Implementation was carried out through the Pilot Project method, which is a limited implementation involving selected SMEs as trial users. The implementation included application testing using blackbox testing methods. The results of all testing scenarios showed outcomes that met expectations and were well received by potential users. This application can serve as an effective digital solution to support SME digitalization in Kabupaten Serang and enhance their competitiveness in the digital economy era.
