Abstract
PT. Perisasi Cakrawala Indonesia is company that provides expedition, cargo, and trucking services. Currently, the company has fifty employees at its head office and twelve employees at its branch office. Based on the number of employees, the management intends to select the best employee. However, there are problems in the current selection process. The selection is still conducted manually and does not take into account predefined evaluation criteria, which results in an inefficient and subjective decision-making process. This research aims to develop decision support system using combination of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA) methods to assist HR in determining the best employee based on a set of established criteria. These criteria include attendance, integrity, teamwork, understanding of job description, and self-improvement as benefit criteria, as well as warning letters as a cost criterion. In implementing the AHP method, consistency test was conducted on the pairwise comparison matrix, and the resulting Consistency Ratio was less than 0.1, indicating that the weighting of criteria is considered consistent. The result of this research is a web-based decision support system that applies the combination of AHP and MOORA methods, making the decision-making more efficient and objective.
