Abstract
The issues faced by SDN Jelambar Baru 07’s library include the school's location being prone to flooding, making the library collections vulnerable to natural disasters. Another problem is that non-library activities are often held in the library space, disrupting library operations and hindering students and teachers from accessing the collections. Additionally, the conventional book borrowing system and ineffective supervision have led to frequent loss of physical books.This study aims to develop a web-based E-Library system to streamline library book cataloging, thereby reducing the risk of book loss and damage. It also aims to provide digital access for students and teachers to explore the library collections anytime and anywhere. The research employs the PIECES analysis method for detailed problem classification and the Waterfall method for system development.The outcome of this study is a more efficient system for cataloging and managing books at SDN Jelambar Baru 07’s library, as well as easier online access for students and teachers to search and utilize library collections anytime and anywhere
