Abstract
Digitalization has become one of the key drivers in improving business operational efficiency, including within the MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) sector. Dapur Madu, a culinary MSME, faces several challenges in managing pre-order transactions, customer data, and delivery scheduling, all of which are still handled manually. Moreover, the business has specific operational needs such as delivery date customization, daily order limits, and integrated sales reporting, which require a tailored information system. To address these issues, this study designs and develops a web-based information system capable of handling online ordering, delivery management, and integrated reporting. The system development adopts the Database Life Cycle (DBLC) approach, which includes stages such as requirements analysis, database design, user interface design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was implemented using Supabase, TypeScript, and Next.js. The implementation results indicate that the system successfully improves operational efficiency. Based on trials with five customers, the average ordering time was reduced from one hour to 30–35 minutes, reflecting an efficiency increase of approximately 50% per transaction. In addition, black box testing on 30 test cases with a total of 120 scenarios showed a 100% success rate, indicating that the system functions properly and meets the required functionalities. This research provides a practical, integrated, and customizable digital solution tailored to the operational needs of culinary MSMEs like Dapur Madu.
