Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in Indonesia's economy, yet they face challenges in digital technology adoption. This research examines a case study of Martabak Pandan Wangi MSME, which encounters operational and marketing constraints due to manual processes and limited resources. The study aims to analyze website utilization, integrate automation systems, and evaluate their impact on MSME performance. The system development employs the Waterfall method, encompassing requirements analysis, design, implementation, and blackbox testing. Implementation results demonstrate improved operational efficiency through business process automation, reduced workload, and enhanced data accuracy. The web-based system proves effective in supporting micro-MSME digitalization and business scalability. This research provides practical contributions in the form of technological solutions tailored to MSME needs and capacities.
