Abstract
The management of English Language Proficiency Test (ELPT) services at the UPNVJ Language Academic Implementation Unit (UPA) faces operational constraints due to the absence of a system connected to SIAKAD. The fragmented registration process creates administrative complexity, risk of data duplication, and inefficiency that hinders service optimization. This research aims to develop an ELPT test service system on one centralized website platform connected to SIAKAD. The research methodology applies system requirements analysis using the PIECES framework, with a coded prototype design approach modeled through the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Data collection is done through observation and interviews with UPA Bahasa. The result of this research is that the system built can fix the problem by digitizing and simplifying the entire flow of ELPT test service management, thus increasing operational transparency at UPA Bahasa UPNVJ.
