Abstract

This final project report discusses the "Implementation of Gold Installment Marketing at Bank Muamalat Cinere Branch." This research analyzes the effectiveness of marketing Sharia-compliant gold installment products, identifies supporting and inhibiting factors, and recommends more effective strategies. The product offers safe, affordable, and transparent gold investment using a 7P marketing mix approach. The study findings highlight key product advantages such as low margins, 0% down payment, tenors up to 10 years, and education on asset diversification, all contributing to increased public trust. Educational and active promotional strategies (both digital and direct socialization) successfully attracted customer interest. However, the main challenges identified were a lack of public understanding of the product's benefits and market competition. Recommendations include enhancing education, optimizing digital services, and fostering strategic collaborations for more effective marketing and improved competitiveness. This research contributes to developing marketing strategies for Sharia-based gold banking products and serves as a valuable reference for similar institutions.
