Abstract
Background: Stroke is a disease caused by blood clots to leaks in the blood vessels to the brain, which will cause decreased productivity in sufferers. The creation of this scientific paper is intended as an implementation of providing family nursing care to Mr. A's family, especially Mr. A in the application of exercise therapy and efforts to increase public understanding of RT 006 RW 007 Limo Village regarding Stroke. Research Method: The design used is a case study method. The instrument used is a family nursing assessment format using the provisions used in the D3 Nursing study program and the Range Of Motion (ROM) exercise therapy SOP sheet, and the Morse Falls Scale assessment sheet. Data collection methods use the interview method, conducting observations, physical examinations, and documenting the results. Research Results: The nursing problem experienced by Mr. A is impaired physical mobility due to ischemic stroke, with this the author took action for 3 visits with a time of 30 minutes with the results of nursing problems being partially resolved and the results of the stimulation given from ROM therapy, Balance Exercise, and holding a rubber ball that was done could increase the expansion of the range of motion and provide stimulation to Mr. A. Conclusion: Implementation is carried out according to family nursing care with ROM therapy, Balance Exercise, and holding a rubber ball supported by families who can carry out therapy appropriately so that movement limitations can be overcome optimally.
