Abstract
This study aims to analyze the strategy of the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) in fulfilling the 30% quota of women's representation in parliament in the 2024 Legislative Election. The focus of the study is on three main aspects: political recruitment, cadre formation, and candidacy strategies carried out by PKS. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to explore data from party documents, internal policies, and interviews with party administrators. The results of the study show that PKS succeeded in fulfilling the 30% quota of women in all electoral districts (dapil) thanks to the implementation of an open recruitment strategy, tiered cadre formation, and structured candidate selection. In addition, structural support through the Women and Family Resilience Sector also plays an important role in encouraging women's political participation. This strategy not only fulfills administrative requirements but also creates competent female cadres who are able to compete in the world of politics. This study is expected to contribute to the study of political parties in Indonesia by highlighting the important role of internal strategies in achieving women's representation in parliament, and can be used as a reference for other political parties in supporting affirmative policies related to women's representation.
