Abstract
This study aims to analyze Meutya Viada Hafid's winning strategy in an effort to maintain her seat in the House of Representatives for the 2024 period. The main reason for choosing Meutya Hafid as the object of research is because she managed to become the only female legislator who managed to qualify from the North Sumatra I constituency. By using the theory of political strategy from Newman and Sheth, conducting interviews, and reading various sources of records, this study shows that there are various factors that influence Meutya Hafid's success in winning votes in the North Sumatra I constituency, both from campaign strategies and voter mobilization. Recommendations from this study propose that future legislative candidates continue to increase accessibility to remote areas, carry out educational programs on political issues and voter rights, and maximize the use of social media with interesting content for the younger generation. In addition, women's empowerment through training and mentoring needs to be strengthened, and collaboration with communities should be built through partnerships with community leaders and volunteers to expand networks and support.
