Abstract

This research aims to discuss the effect of service quality and the ‘STOP Sexual Harassment' campaign conducted by PT Transportation Jakarta on the level of trust of female passengers using the Elaboration Likelihood Model Theory. The method used in this research is explanatory quantitative using primary data sources. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling by distributing questionnaires to 97 female passengers of productive age who were users of Transjakarta Corridor 1 Blok M-Kota services. Researchers processed the data using classical assumption tests, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing (t and F). Based on the results of the hypothesis count and test, it was found that H1, H2, and H3 were accepted. The final results of this study show that both the quality of service and the 'STOP Sexual Harassment' campaign conducted by PT Transportation Jakarta contributed to the level of trust in PT Transportation Jakarta by 65.2%.
