Abstract
The system for borrowing laboratory and classroom spaces at the Faculty of Computer Science, UPN Veteran Jakarta, is currently conducted manually. This condition presents several challenges, such as inefficiency in administrative processes, difficulty in accessing room schedule information, and delays in the borrowing process and asset issue reporting. These issues can hinder the smooth operation of academic activities within the campus environment. As a solution, this research aims to develop an Android-based application that simplifies the process of room borrowing and asset issue reporting digitally. The application is designed using the Flutter framework with several main features, including borrowing laboratory and classroom spaces, issue reporting, room schedule management, and user profile settings. This research employs a software development methodology using a software engineering approach. Testing was conducted through Black Box Testing to ensure that all features function properly. Additionally, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) was performed to evaluate user satisfaction with the application. The results of this research indicate that the application significantly improves the efficiency of the borrowing and asset issue reporting system at the Faculty of Computer Science, UPN Veteran Jakarta. UAT testing yielded an average user satisfaction rate of 91.58%. Thus, this application effectively addresses the challenges of the previous manual system and can be utilized to support better academic services in the future.
