Abstract
According to the 2023 Indonesian Health Survey (SKI), the prevalence of stunting in West Java reached 21.7%, while in Depok City it was 14.4%. This figure still exceeds the national target set at 14% for 2024. This study aims to analyze factors related to the incidence of stunting in toddlers aged 24-59 months. The population in this study is toddlers aged 24-59 months at the Cinangka Health Center, Depok City in 2024, with a sample of 74 toddlers selected through a simple random sampling method. The research method used was quantitative with a Cross Sectional study design. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between factors such as maternal height (p-value=0.015; POR=3,804, 95% CI 1,401-10,329), length of birth (p-value=0.005; POR=4,714, 95% CI 1,708-13,014), early initiation of breastfeeding (p-value=0.047; POR=3,000; 95 % CI 1,124-8,009), and sanitation and clean water (p-value=0.014; POR=3,875; 95% CI 1,423-10,556) with stunting incidence. It is recommended that the public, especially mothers who have toddlers, routinely check their children's weight and height at the nearest health facility or posyandu to monitor the child's development and reduce the risk of stunting.
