Abstract

Online registration is one of the service innovations aimed at improving the efficiency and comfort of patients in accessing healthcare services. Through online patient registration, the registration process will become more efficient as it can reduce registration time, resulting in shorter waiting times for patients to access services. However, in its implementation, online registration faces several obstacles, such as sistem disruptions and a lack of information regarding the online registration process for patients. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of online registration for outpatient patients at Hermina General Hospital Depok. This research uses qualitative methods with in-depth interviews, observations, and document reviews, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and implementation flow. Data collection was conducted from November to December 2024. The evaluation is focused on analysis using input, process, and output indicators. From the research results, it was found that the implementation of online registration has been quite helpful for patients and staff, but it is still not satisfaktory due to several obstacles in its execution. The inhibiting faktors include the lack of access to information regarding the registration process and the limited features of the sistem, as well as delays by staff in updating the doctor's schedule, which often result in data input errors and patient scheduling issues, leading to complaints. By utilizing supporting faktors such as competent human resources and the sistem's advantages in reducing registration time and patient backlog, as well as ease of access, it can become a good strategy for sistem improvement.
