Abstract
This project aims to develop a web-based Talent Management Information System at the Faculty of Computer Science, UPN Veteran Jakarta to improve the efficiency of managing talented student data. This system is designed using the Laravel framework and the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method to accelerate system development and adaptation. The proposed system focuses on data integration, information accessibility, and automation of administrative processes. The main problems in the current system include lack of data integration, inefficient manual processes, and limitations in documenting student talents. The new system will provide a platform for recording talent data, registering activities, and reporting achievements automatically. The main functions include a visual dashboard, real-time notifications, and statistical reports that can be exported in various formats. The main benefits of this system are increased efficiency of the administrative process, ease of access to information for students, and processing capabilities to manage and promote talents in a more structured manner. In addition, this system also supports strategic decision making through integrated data visualization and reporting. The test results show that this system successfully meets user needs functionally, improves work efficiency, and provides an optimal user experience. Thus, this system is expected to be a strategic solution to support the development of student talents and realize the vision of the Faculty of Computer Science, UPN Veteran Jakarta in building an innovative and sustainable academic ecosystem.
