Abstract
This study aims to analyse the factors that affect firm value in the property and real estate sector listed on the IDX during the 2021-2023 period. The variables used in this study are profitability proxied by ROA, capital structure proxied by DER, inflation and interest rates. The sample of this study consisted of 61 companies that consistently published their financial reports for three years, resulting in 183 research data. The analysis was conducted using panel data regression model with the help of EViews 12. The results showed ROA, DER, inflation, and interest rates have no significant effect on PBV. Company size as a moderating variable is unable to moderate the relationship between ROA, DER, inflation, and interest rates on firm value.
