Abstract
The Indonesian population, which is predominantly Muslim, also includes consumers and producers of halal culinary delights, should ensure the halalness of the products they consume, but in South Tangerang there are still many culinary MSMEs that do not provide official halal labels or even attach their own halal labels. This indicates that awareness of the importance of halal supply chains is still relatively low. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the influence of halal supply chain, halal awareness, and halal labels on purchasing decisions about halal culinary in South Tangerang MSMEs, mediated by consumer attitudes. Quantitative methods were used in this study. Data collection was obtained by distributing questionnaires via Google Form to 230 Muslim consumers who had consumed halal culinary delights in South Tangerang MSMEs. Data analysis with Smart-PLS. This research provides results that consumer attitudes are unable to mediate the relationship between halal supply chain, halal awareness, and halal labels on purchasing decisions. However, from direct testing, the halal supply chain variables and halal awareness have a significant positive effect on consumer attitudes. The halal label variable also has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Therefore, in order to increase the number of buyers, culinary MSME entrepreneurs must ensure that the products they sell are halal certified and carry a halal label.
