Abstract
In running a retail business, a company needs revenue or profit as a key factor to maintain sustainability and achieve its primary goals. One of the ways to increase revenue is by selecting suppliers that meet market needs. However, the quality of the supplier selection system can be affected by a lack of objectivity in evaluation. At New Kayana Collection, the supplier selection process is currently subjective and time-consuming due to the disorganized storage of supplier-related data, leading to the need for repeated evaluations. This study aims to design a decision support system for the process of selecting new suppliers at New Kayana Collection, using predetermined assessment criteria. The method used in this research to support decision-making is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The benefit obtained from this research is an objective evaluation system that generates a ranking of prospective suppliers based on comparison values. The outcome of this research is a decision support system that provides comparison results between criteria and alternatives.
