Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Accessibility Ease, Digital Promotion, and Voucher Provision on the Decision to Use the Gopay E-wallet in South Jakarta. As one of the leading digital wallets in Indonesia, Gopay offers a variety of digital payment services. This research uses a quantitative method involving 100 respondents obtained through purposive sampling, and data collection was conducted through an online questionnaire distributed via WhatsApp, Instagram, and Line. Data analysis uses the SEM-Partial Least Square (PLS) method with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The research results show that ease of accessibility and digital promotion have a significant impact on usage decisions, while the provision of vouchers does not have a significant impact. This study also reveals that digital promotion as part of the marketing strategy is highly relevant in increasing user interest. These findings provide strategic insights for GoPay managers in optimizing aspects of accessibility and digital marketing, in order to encourage broader usage amid increasingly competitive competition
