Abstract
The purpose of this quantitative study is to determine the effect of ESG performance, institutional ownership, and family ownership. The population in this study were manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2021-2023. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method with a total sample of 138 companies. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with STATA software version 17. This study proves that ESG performance and institutional ownership do not have a significant effect on the company's financial performance. Meanwhile, family ownership has a positive and significant effect on the company's financial performance.
