Abstract
This study was conducted using a quantitative research method with the aim of testing the effect of intellectual capital and institutional ownership on financial performance. This study uses secondary data from property & real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2021-2023 period. Sampling using the purposive sampling method resulted in 72 companies. The panel data regression model selected in this study is the Random Effect Model (REM). Hypothesis testing in this research uses a panel data regression model assisted by STATA 17. The results of this study showed that (1) Capital Employed Efficiency has a positive effect on financial performance. (2) Human Capital Efficiency has a positive effect on financial performance. (3) Structural Capital Efficiency has no effect on financial performance. (4) Institutional Ownership has no effect on financial performance.
