Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of information technology sophistication, work experience, education and training on the effectiveness of accounting information systems. The research population consists of all employees of Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) in the DKI Jakarta region. The research sample consists of 118 employees selected using accidental sampling technique. This study is a quantitative research, with data analysis using SmartPLS and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results show that information technology sophistication, work experience, education, and training have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of accounting information systems.
