Abstract
This research aims to determine and prove the influence of Employee Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on job characteristics, workload, and quality of work life at PT. XYZ, Jakarta. The method used is quantitative, with a sample of 75 permanent employees. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The data analysis techniques employed include descriptive and inferential statistical analysis, with model testing using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results indicate that all three variables have a positive and significant effect on Employee Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This study supports the theory that these aspects significantly contribute to enhancing employees' voluntary behavior, which positively impacts the organization. It is hoped that this research can provide insights for company management in developing strategies to improve OCB through effective management of job characteristics, balanced workloads, and good quality of work life.
