Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of liquidity, leverage, and activity on the profitability of healthcare sector companies. The independent variables used are liquidity (CR), leverage (DER), and activity (TATO), with the dependent variable Return on Assets (ROA). The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method, resulting in 18 healthcare sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019–2023 period. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis, utilizing the E-Views 12 software. The research findings indicate that liquidity (CR) and leverage (DER) do not effect the profitability of companies. However, activity (TATO) has a significant positive effect on the profitability of companies in the healthcare sector. Keywords : Profitability, Liquidity Ratio, Leverage, Activity Ratio
