Abstract

This study is a quantitative study using secondary data aimed at determining the effect of financial report quality, investment opportunity set and institutional ownership on firm value. The population of this study is the infrastructure sector for the period 2020 - 2023. This study uses a sample of 168 obtained by purposive sampling method. The test in this study uses panel data with multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the quality of financial reports has no effect on firm value, investment opportunity set has a positive effect on firm value and institutional ownership has no effect on firm value.
