Abstract
This research is quantitative research which aims to find differences in the financial performance of nickel mining companies before and after the nickel downstream policy was implemented. through Liquidity Ratio with Current Ratio, Solvency with Debt to Equity Ratio, and Profitability with Return on Equity. This research uses a research sample of 8 nickel mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with an observation period of 2017-2023. The sample selection used in this research used the purposive sampling method. In the research, descriptive data analysis techniques and the Friedman test were used in processing the data. The research found that there were significant differences in Liquidity Ratios, but no significant differences were found in Solvency and Profitability Ratios in nickel mining companies in the period before and after the nickel downstream policy was implemented.
