Abstract
This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine and prove the effect of work motivation, workload, and work environment on employee job satisfaction. This research was conducted on permanent employees of the Service Delivery Operation division of PT XYZ as many as 48 employees. The analysis technique carried out in this study uses path analysis with the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method and data processing using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this study obtained that (1) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction (2) workload has no effect and is not significant to employee job satisfaction (3) work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.
