Abstract
Introduction: Work productivity is an activity to produce results in the form of services, goods or skills in a sustainable manner. Based on the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) report, Indonesia is in the bottom 7th position out of 21 countries, indicating a low level of labor productivity. Specifically in the education sector, productivity is ranked 13th out of 17 other sectors, so concrete steps are needed to optimize work productivity in this field. Internal and external factors of workers can influence productivity levels. Methodology: The research analysis used an observational approach with a cross-sectional design. All educational staff who fell into the inclusion and exclusion categories, totaling 59 people, were included using total sampling techniques. The existing data results will be analyzed bivariately with the Chi-square test.. Results: The majority of respondents were in the adult age category, where 39 people showed a high level of productivity (p-value = 1,000). Female respondents, totaling 30 people, also had high productivity (p-value = 1,000). A total of 48 people with moderate levels of fatigue had high productivity (p-value = 0.186). Apart from that, all 37 respondents with good sleep quality showed high productivity (p-value = 0.373). Conclusion: The results of the research found that there was no significant relationship between the factors age, gender, level of work fatigue, or quality of sleep and the productivity of educational staff at the Faculty of Medicine, National Development University "Veteran" Jakarta.
