Abstract
Leukorrhea is defined as excessive discharge from the vagina other than menstrual blood. Leukorrhea for some women causes anxiety for those who experience it. They will worry if leukorrhea means something is happening to their reproductive health. This shows that knowing the risk factors and the different types of leukorrhea that occur is very important. If the leukorrhea experienced is physiological vaginal discharge, it is certainly not something to worry about. This study aimed to explore the relationship between physical activity, diet, and personal hygiene with physiological leukorrhea in female medical students of UPNVJ in 2024. The method used in this study is an associative quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach. The samples used consisted of some active female medical students of UPNVJ who were selected through the total sampling method according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Based on the results of the Fisher' s test, there is no significant relationship between physical activity (p = 0.225), dietary pattern (p = 1.000), and personal hygiene (p = 1.000) with the incidence of physiological leukorrhea in female medical students of UPNVJ. The conclusion of this study is that physical activity, diet, and personal hygiene do not affect the incidence of physiological leukorrhea in female medical students of UPNVJ in 2024. This may be due to leukorrhea experienced by respondents due to causes outside the three variables.
