Abstract

Harapan Bunda Hospital as one of the private general hospitals feel the level of the tight competition with other hospitals, especially government hospitals. Competition occurs not only in terms of medical equipment technology, but the competition in delivering quality health care. Quality of health care as reflected hospital health services in order to meet the needs of consumers as users of hospital services. The purpose of this research is to demonstrate the influence of the quality of service of the decision to use the services at the hospital Harapan Bunda. The sampling technique used in this study is sampling random sampling, which is a random sampling technique in which the election conducted without regard to the existing strata, all members of the population is homogeneous. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents that the patient or caretaker relatives of patients hospitalized in the Installation class II (non-child) in the room rose and Flamboyan and class III (non-child) in the room Tulip and Dahlia in RS. Harapan Mother. Measuring devices to be used in a test of the validity of a questionnaire is the number of results and the correlation between the score statement statement of respondent's overall score information in the questionnaire, to get the numbers in the correlation test of validity, this research used SPSS. The results showed that partially showed that direct evidence, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy, has a significant influence on the decision to use the services of Harapan Bunda Hospital. Simultaneously shows that there is significant influence between direct evidence, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy together against decision to use the services of Harapan Bunda Hospital.
