Abstract

In everyday life, everyone does budgeting to manage finances. Therefore, an effective way to manage finances is needed so that the income spent does not exceed the income earned. Budgeting must be adjusted to the needs that have been sorted according to their respective priorities. For companies, the budget is the result of preparing a work plan that will be done. Especially for media companies that do their work which per-episode releases a different budget. Therefore, the author conducted research on budget preparation at one of the television stations known as Rajawali Televisi.
