Abstract
Low Back Pain Myogenic is pain caused by musculoskeletal disorders or abnormalities in the spinal vertebrae. Complaints of lower back pain can cause pain that causes muscle spasms, lumbar mobility becomes limited so that functional activity decreases. The purpose of this writing is to increase understanding of the process of implementing physiotherapy for myogenic low back pain. The method or approach in this final assignment uses the case study method. After 4 treatments, the results obtained by administering Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS), Infrared (IR) intervention were to reduce pain and reduce tension in the muscles. For exercise therapy with Willian flexion exercise, corestability exercise, plank exercise is to increase muscle strength so that it can increase the body's range of motion.
